Josal Consulting Limited is the brainchild of Daryl and Wendy Joseph, a husband and wife team of 23 years. Josal was born out of the marriage of the complimentary skill sets of its original owners – Daryl is a Consulting Psychologist, and Wendy is a Vice President of Human Resources.

Josal was incorporated on February 14th, 2011 in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad & Tobago. The company’s customer base covers the entire Caribbean region including the Dutch Antilles.

The philosophy behind Josal is very simple –
